At Agro Nursery, we take great pride in growing high-quality fruit plants and ensuring they reach you in healthy, vibrant condition. Because we deal with living organisms, our shipping process is specialized to prioritize the safety of your plants.
1. Delivery Area
We offer nationwide shipping across all states and Union Territories in India. Whether you are in a major metro city or a rural area, we work with reliable courier partners to bring our plants to your doorstep.
2. Specialized Packaging
To ensure safe delivery, we use industry-leading packaging techniques:
- Reinforced Protection: Most of our premium and exotic plants are shipped in high-quality PVC pipes or heavy-duty corrugated boxes to prevent breakage during transit.
- Moisture Retention: We treat the root balls to ensure they retain sufficient moisture to survive the journey.
- Ventilation: Our packaging is designed to allow the plants to breathe while remaining secure.
3. Processing & Shipping Time
- Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–4 business days to prepare the plants for travel (this includes hydration and secure packing).
- Transit Time: Depending on your location in India, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Weather Delays: Occasionally, we may delay shipping if extreme weather conditions (such as heatwaves or heavy monsoons) pose a risk to the survival of the plants. We will notify you if such a delay occurs.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the plants and the delivery location. Total shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing a Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Receiving Your Shipment
Since plants are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- Immediate Care: Upon arrival, carefully unpack the plant immediately.
- Acclimatization: Water the plant lightly and keep it in a shaded area for 2–3 days before transplanting it or moving it into direct sunlight. This helps the plant recover from “travel stress.”
7. Damage in Transit
We guarantee that our plants leave the nursery in peak condition. However, if your plant arrives severely damaged (e.g., broken main stem or dead on arrival):
- Please take a clear photo and video of the plant and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

- Note: Minor leaf shedding or a few yellow leaves are normal results of transit stress and do not qualify as “damaged.”
