  • Growth Guarantee: We do not guarantee the future growth, fruit yield, or survival of the plant once it is in the customer’s care, as these factors depend on local climate, soil quality, and individual gardening practices.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on agronursery.com are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue plant varieties without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full through our integrated payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) before an order is processed for shipping.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to most locations across India. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders if our courier partners do not service a specific remote area.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier partner. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the user.
